Time Card Minder Time card minder is a web based time sheet submission and processing system for doctors working in the hospital. It allows NCHD’s to submit claim forms on site or remotely from a web enabled PC or mobile device for instant processing by the hospital.

Hospitals employ staff of various specialities to offer round the clock patient care. Some of the staff members are kept on an “on Call” basis for the late hours, night hours or weekends duties and are remunerated according to rates of pay associated to the time of the duty.

Hospital staff handwrites time sheets detailing of hours worked and when the work was done. These timesheets are then processed by administration staff to calculate the correct remuneration based on relevant pay agreements and then entered in to the payroll system.
